Job Title: Videographer cum Editor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Videographer cum Editor who can handle end-to-end video production—from shooting to editing—for digital marketing campaigns. The role requires creating high-quality, engaging videos optimized for social media and advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Shoot videos for ads, reels, interviews, and educational content
Handle camera setup, lighting, and audio recording
Edit videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
Add motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions
Optimize videos for performance (hook, pacing, CTA placement)
Maintain video content library and assets

Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred)
1–4 years of experience in videography and editing

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve




Robust understanding of lighting and framing
Experience in short-form content creation

Equipment Knowledge:
Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon)
Audio equipment (lapel/wireless mic)
Basic studio lighting setup

Preferred Skills:
Experience in ad creatives (Meta/YouTube)
Basic script understanding
Thumbnail design

KPIs:
Video quality and consistency
Ad performance (CTR, watch time)
Turnaround time for edits

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
