Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and data entry.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls across India.
Communicate with customers in Hindi and English regarding service requests, updates, and support activities.
Coordinate with the Chennai Customer Support team for issue resolution and service scheduling.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of support requests.
Maintain customer records, call logs, and service updates in the system.
Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate support team.




Prepare daily call reports and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and data entry.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
