We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Biology Teacher to teach students of Grades XI & XII. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for Board examinations and competitive exams such as NEET.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Biology to Grades XI & XII following the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
Train students for Board examinations and NEET Foundation/Entrance examinations.
Conduct practical laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support where required.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Use smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methods.
Participate in school events,
parent-teacher meetings, examinations, and academic activities.
Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment reports.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve academic outcomes.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Biology concepts and practical applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective classroom management
Lesson planning and assessment preparation
Board exam and NEET coaching experience preferred
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Smart Boards, School ERP)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching CBSE and/or Matric Higher Secondary classes
Proven record of producing excellent board examination results
Ability to integrate technology into teaching
Passion for mentoring and motivating students
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
