Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

About Us

Sugarcane Films & Studios is a creative production house and studio specializing in commercials, branded content, podcasts, corporate films, social media content, photography, and studio rentals. We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow by bringing in recent clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding our business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Convert Meta Ads leads into paying clients through timely follow-ups and consultations.
Identify and connect with brands, agencies, startups, creators, and businesses requiring video production or studio rental services.
Schedule client meetings and present our services confidently.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and pitch decks with the internal team.
Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy client relationships.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.




Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth client onboarding and project handover.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Experience in a creative agency, production house, marketing agency, or media company will be preferred.
