ob Responsibilities
Lead the finance and accounts department.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory regulations.
Oversee audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Monitor cash flow, costing, profitability, and financial performance.
Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
