Job Description – Interior Site Engineer (Residential)

About the Role

D'LIFE Interiors is looking for a dedicated and proactive Interior Site Engineer to oversee the execution of premium residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, client coordination, and project scheduling while ensuring timely completion of projects with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.
Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordinate with designers, factory team, vendors, and subcontractors.
Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and installation teams.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
Plan daily activities and monitor project timelines to achieve on-time delivery.
Verify site measurements and ensure material availability before execution.
Maintain daily progress reports and update project status.
Conduct quality inspections and minimize rework.
Coordinate with clients at site and address execution-related concerns professionally.




Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained throughout the project.
Support project handover and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
Robust knowledge of modular interiors, finishing works, and interior materials.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across project sites in Chennai.
