About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented qualified to lead and grow our Out-of-Home (OOH) business operations in the West region, based out of Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, client servicing, and market expansion across key Western markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive OOH media sales and achieve annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the West region.
Identify and acquire new clients, agencies, and direct advertisers.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, creative) for seamless campaign execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and media deals effectively.




Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections.

Key Requirements:
Experience in OOH / Media Sales / Advertising (Western market exposure preferred).
Solid network with agencies and direct clients in Mumbai and Western India.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience handling regional OOH inventory.
Strong understanding of media planning and outdoor advertising formats.
Ability to work independently and drive regional growth.
