Job Title: Sales Representative (Inbound Leads – Meta & Google)Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and convert inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely follow-ups, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with inbound leads generated from Meta Ads and Google Ads
Respond promptly to recent leads (within defined TAT)
Understand customer needs and explain products/services clearly
Build rapport and maintain a qualified relationship with prospects
Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or tracking sheets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing or service delivery
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Re-engage cold or inactive leads through follow-up calls/messages

Required Skills & Qualifications




Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi or regional language preferred)
Experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead conversion (preferred)
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Basic understanding of digital leads (Meta & Google)
Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and calling systems
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Lead response time
Call-to-conversion ratio
Daily/weekly/monthly sales achieved
Follow-up efficiency
Customer satisfaction / feedback

Work Details
Type: Full time
Shift: Day shift (with flexibility based on lead flow)
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives

Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in handling Meta Ads & Google Ads leads
Prior experience in high-volume lead calling
Familiarity with WhatsApp follow-ups and closing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
