Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the academy's academic and operational activities.
Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members.
Develop academic plans, timetables, and curriculum strategies.
Monitor student performance and improve learning outcomes.
Handle parent interactions and resolve academic concerns.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
5–8 years of experience in the education industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience.
Robust communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
