About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation. You will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings and supporting the design team in delivering high-quality project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare construction drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Develop accurate architectural drafting as per project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality construction documents.
Support continuous improvement by following company drafting standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture (Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply).
OR
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in an architectural firm.
Note:
Only experience in architectural drafting will be considered. (Site execution experience will not be considered.)
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Solid knowledge of architectural drafting and construction drawings.
Basic understanding of structural drawings.
Experience in preparing construction documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English reading, writing, and listening skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
