Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete tendering and contract award process.
Prepare, review, and issue work orders and contract documents.
Conduct rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for contract execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Work efficiently using ERP/software platforms such as SAP, Farvision, or similar systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
