We are looking for motivated and energetic Counsellors to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads
Explain product features and perks clearly and persuasively
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and performance improvements
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
High energy level and a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
