Position: Indian & Continental Cook

Work Location -Sultanpur (Delhi)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in Indian and Continental cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing food preparation, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Continental dishes according to standard recipes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Plan and organize daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor inventory of food supplies and inform management about stock requirements.
Store food properly to prevent spoilage and minimize waste.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.




Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Indian & Continental Cook.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Skills Required:
Expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine.
Knife handling and food preparation skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills
