We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Service Engineer to drive service Sales growth and market expansion for Cardiac Biomarkers, ABG Machines, Ventilators, ECG Machines, Cancer Diagnostic Devices, Ultrasound, Endoscopes and other critical care medical equipment across the Uttar Pradesh region. The candidate will be responsible for developing robust customer relationships, managing dealer networks, and achieving assigned sales targets in both B2B and B2C segments.

Dealer & Channel Management
Appoint, manage, and support dealers and distributors across the territory.
Ensure dealer performance aligns with company sales objectives.
Conduct regular dealer meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely product availability.

Product Demonstration & Technical Support
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.




Assist customers in product selection based on clinical and operational requirements.
Coordinate with service and application teams for installation and customer training.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer issues.
Gather customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.
Analyze sales data and identify prospects for growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical / Biotech / Electronics Engineering, BMLT, DMLT
MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management (Preferred)

Pay: ₹20,045.59 - ₹35,000.00 per month
