Hiring: Operations Manager – Retail MBO
Casablanca, Pondicherry
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
Monitor KPIs like conversion, productivity, ABV, and UPT.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.
Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
Oversee VM standards, billing accuracy, and daily store functioning.
Manage inventory, stock audits, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Ensure SOP compliance, cash verification, and audit readiness.
Monitor manual billing, payment reconciliation, and discount validation.
Requirements
Experience in retail store operations and team handling.
Robust leadership, sales, and operational management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory, billing, and cash management.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail setting.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
