Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for SolidWorks products.
Assist clients with SolidWorks implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
Conduct training sessions for clients on SolidWorks usage and best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and improve software.
Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.

Key Skills
Expertise in SolidWorks software and 3D CAD modeling.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to customize SolidWorks to meet client needs.
Experience in CAD or mechanical design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior knowledge/experience in the SolidWorks/CAD software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
