Key Responsibilities:
Manage, operate & optimize 3D printing machines for dental aligner manufacturing.
Drive automation initiatives across production lines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot 3D printers, robotics arms & automated equipment.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality & R&D; teams for process optimization and continuous improvements.
Monitor production output, ensure zero-defect quality, and prepare technical reports.
Implement preventive maintenance, SOPs and process standardization.
Required Skills & Experience:
1 year experience in 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing / Industrial Automation.
Hands-on experience with SLA/DLP printers (preferably dental/medical devices) Knowledge of robotics, PLCs, automation systems & machine calibration.
Robust problem-solving & analytical mindset.
Experience in high-precision, quality-driven manufacturing setting is preferred
