We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Administrative Executive Trainee to support our marketing, client coordination, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in marketing and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings.
Meet clients directly, understand their requirements, and assist in converting leads into customers.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
Maintain client records and prepare follow-up reports.
Administration
Assist with daily office administration and operational activities.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Support HR attendance and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings and maintain office schedules.
Handle general office communication and correspondence.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Positive interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team workplace.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
