The General Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of all company operations, ensuring the effective coordination of HR & Administration, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Stores, Service, Designing, and Marketing departments. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate the activities of HR & Administration, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Stores, Designing, Service, and Marketing departments.
Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, and organizational objectives.
Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure achievement of operational, financial, and quality targets.
Review production planning, procurement, inventory, customer service, and project execution.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Optimize resources to improve productivity, quality, cost,



and delivery performance.
Review budgets, financial performance, and profitability with the Accounts Department.
Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of management experience
Experience in PLC Panel manufacturing industries is preferred.
