We are looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Art Teacher to teach high school students and guide them in exploring various art forms, techniques, and creative expressions. The ideal candidate should have robust artistic ability, classroom-management skills, and a genuine interest in nurturing young talent.

Key Responsibilities
Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity, skill-building, and artistic exploration.
Demonstrate various artistic techniques and guide students in practical work.
Organize and supervise art projects, exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
Assess student work, maintain portfolios, and provide constructive feedback.
Manage and maintain the art room, materials, and equipment.
Encourage visual thinking, creativity, observation skills, and artistic discipline.
Integrate digital art tools or techniques (if applicable).




Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and career development.

Qualifications
BFA or MFA in Fine Arts (mandatory).
Additional certifications in art education (optional, but beneficial).
Prior experience teaching art to middle or high school students preferred.

Skills Required
Solid artistic skills across multiple mediums.
Ability to inspire creativity and confidence in students.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Knowledge of art history and contemporary art trends.
Ability to organise events, exhibitions, and student showcases.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching young artists.
