Responsibilities:
Robust experience in steel structure modeling, detailing, and clash checking using Tekla.
Positive knowledge of structural steel connections, fabrication processes, and erection sequences.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
Experience in preparing and checking GA (General Arrangement) and Erection Drawings.
Preparation and verification of Fabrication Drawings including Part Drawings and Assembly Drawings.
Ability to generate Tekla reports such as Assembly List, Bolt List, Part Lists, etc.
Experience in generating NC files, MTO (Material Take-Off), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Coordination with internal technical teams and client engineers to resolve design discrepancies through RFI (Request for Information).
Responsible for uploading Tekla models, final drawings (PDF), and project deliverables to FTP servers.
Exposure to AutoCAD or other design software with valuable understanding of structural steel design principles and standards.
