About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our FMCG and e-commerce store operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end store management — from vendor appointments and delivery scheduling to auditing and execution — while ensuring smooth coordination between store staff and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor and supplier appointments efficiently
Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
Oversee stocking, inventory management, and replenishment
Conduct regular store audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Drive execution of daily store operations and targets
Manage and guide store incharges and ground-level staff




Communicate effectively with senior management on store performance and issues

Requirements
5+ years of experience in store/warehouse management in FMCG or e-commerce
Proficiency in Tally for inventory and accounting entries
Solid MS Excel skills for reporting and tracking
Valuable English communication skills — written and verbal
Robust leadership and team management abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
