Job Title: Senior Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor the hospital's financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings (as applicable).

Monitor hospital budgets and control expenses.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and healthcare financial regulations.

Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance.

Generate financial reports for management to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent is preferred.





3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.

Skills Required:

Solid knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

This role ensures accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, and productive handling of all hospital accounting operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
