About The Role

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing / Graphic Designer to join our team! This hybrid role blends digital marketing strategy with strong graphic design skills to create impactful content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports marketing goals across all channels.

You’ll be responsible for developing eye-catching visual assets, managing social media platforms, running digital campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.)
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices

Graphic Design
Design visual assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and infographics
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content for campaigns
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
Edit and retouch photos, create mockups, and prepare assets for web and print





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms like Mailchimp, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)
Basic video editing and animation (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva Video)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Photography skills
