Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ricoh Copier Service Engineer / Service Manager to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Ricoh multifunction printers and photocopiers. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Install and configure Ricoh photocopiers and multifunction printers.
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints promptly.
Replace defective spare parts and maintain service records.
Coordinate with customers and provide technical support.
Ensure timely completion of service calls.
(For Service Manager) Lead the service team, assign daily calls, monitor engineer performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements




Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in servicing Ricoh photocopiers.
Hands-on experience with Ricoh.
Knowledge of copier troubleshooting, networking, and firmware updates.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Willingness to travel to client locations.

Preferred Skills
Solid fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown support.
Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
