Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively present data insights and business intelligence to stakeholders.
Develop effective and scalable data models within Power BI that ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
Integrate various data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, cloud services, etc.) with Power BI, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Write, optimize, and manage DAX queries for complex calculations and data transformations within Power BI.
Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Create intuitive and user-friendly visualizations that effectively communicate complex data trends and business metrics.
Ensure reports and dashboards are optimized for performance, with effective data loading and rendering.
Document processes, models,



and queries to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior Power BI developers and other team members on best practices and advanced techniques.

Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a Power BI Developer, with at least 2+ years as a senior.
Expertise in Power BI development and data modeling.
Advanced proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.
Robust experience with SQL and data integration techniques.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and reports.
