Route Academy is a leading skill development institution dedicated to empowering students with industry-oriented training and career prospects. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
Handle end-to-end staff management for academic, administrative, sales, marketing, placement, and support teams.
Design and implement staff training, orientation, career development, and performance improvement programs.
Develop and execute employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Monitor employee performance through KPIs, appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
Prepare and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HRMIS records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and institutional HR policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and exit formalities.




Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
Organize internal meetings, team-building activities, and HR-related events.
Maintain confidential employee records and prepare HR reports for management.
Support organizational growth by developing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the educational sector is mandatory.
Proven experience in staff recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Experience in handling employee performance evaluations and training programs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
