Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERPNextConsultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext
implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business
requirements, design ERPNext-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You
will be instrumental in optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of ERPNext
solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate

them into detailed functional specifications.
Design, configure, and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and objectives.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the ERPNext

system.
Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth

system adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.




Stay up-to-date with the latest ERPNext versions, features, and community updates, providing

recommendations for system enhancements.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined

scope and budget.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and

customizations.
Must-Have
Solid hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and configuration across modules.
Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Experience with functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Robust business acumen in project planning, management, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
