Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role is crucial for driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth by acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify appropriate products or services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution and escalation when necessary.




Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services to existing clients based on their needs and our offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
Monitor client accounts, analyze financial data, and provide regular updates and performance reviews to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and solution delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better advise clients and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, revenue growth, and recent business acquisition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
