Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, and other study destinations.
Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
Guide students through the admission process, documentation, visa procedures, and application requirements.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
Convert leads into enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Keep up to date with university requirements, intakes, scholarships, and immigration policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student application process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions using the CRM system.

Requirements




Experience in study abroad counselling or education sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
