Counseling

Job Summary:
Provide skilled counseling services to individuals, families, or groups to help them address emotional, psychological, educational, or career-related concerns. Develop treatment or support plans and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct counseling sessions (individual, group, or family).
Assess clients' needs and develop intervention plans.
Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
Provide crisis intervention when required.
Refer clients to other healthcare or community services when appropriate.
Monitor client progress and adjust counseling strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct awareness programs and workshops.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling,



Social Work, or a related field.
Relevant counseling certification or license (where applicable).
Experience in counseling, mental health, education, or social services preferred.

Skills Required:
Solid communication and active listening skills.
Empathy and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and critical thinking.
Knowledge of counseling techniques and ethics.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
