Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer balances.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
Maintain inventory accounting and costing records in coordination with the stores and production departments.
Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
Verify purchase bills, expense vouchers, and payment approvals.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
Assist in ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.




Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure compliance with internal controls. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory; footwear or FMCG industry experience will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
