We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure that all garments meet company quality standards before shipment. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of production and maintaining consistency in quality.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect garments during cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages
Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards
Identify defects and suggest corrective actions
Conduct inline and final inspections
Maintain quality reports and documentation
Work closely with production team to improve product quality
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements
Proven experience as a Quality Controller in a garment factory
Good knowledge of fabric, stitching, and garment construction
Familiarity with quality standards (AQL, 4-point system, etc.)
Robust attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Basic reporting and documentation skills
