Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end execution of site construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise construction as per structural drawings, specifications, and approved designs
Plan and track daily/weekly work schedules against project timelines
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and site protocols
Handle site measurements, billing, and BOQ verification
Monitor material consumption and optimize usage
Resolve in office technical issues and execution challenges
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and support project planning & costing
Qualifications & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
3–5 years of experience in building projects (residential/commercial)
Robust knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works
Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings
Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and IS codes
Experience in quantity surveying and billing
