We are looking for an HR executive who can easily coordinate & schedule interviews with the candidate and assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties by maintaining relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc) of the employees.
Job Responsibilities
End to End Recruitment.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
MIS reporting
Extensively Working on MS Office
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Interview coordination & scheduling.
Sourcing resumes
Resume formatting
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Skill Sets Required
Positive communication skills
Minimum qualification is Graduate in any field
Candidates with experience will be preferred
Valuable listening skills
Should be self-driven
