We’re looking for a designer who can think in attention, hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, and conversion.

What You’ll Actually Do

You will own the entire visual output for growth and marketing across channels.

Social Media (Core)

· Build high-frequency creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook

· Turn raw ideas into clean, bold, high-impact visuals rapid

· Maintain a strong, consistent brand system (not random aesthetics)

· Create campaign sets, not just single posts

Performance Ads (Very Important)

· Design creatives for paid campaigns (Meta, Google Display, remarketing, etc.)

· Think like a marketer: hooks, hierarchy, CTA clarity, visual persuasion

· Create multiple variations for testing and iteration

· Improve creatives based on feedback + performance insights

Infographics & Explainers

· Convert complex ideas into simple, structured visual stories

· Build infographics that people can understand in 3 seconds

· Focus on clarity over decoration

Thumbnails & Digital Assets

· Design high-CTR thumbnails for video/content





· Create assets for landing pages, campaigns, and product communication

· Optimize for clicks, not just aesthetics

What We Expect From You

· 2–3 years of real design experience in digital-first work

· A portfolio that shows:

o Social media campaigns (not just posts)

o Ad creatives with intent (not random designs)

o Infographics that simplify complexity

o Thumbnails that actually get clicked

· Strong grip on Photoshop / Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)

· Solid understanding of:

o Visual hierarchy

o Typography that communicates, not decorates

o Layout discipline

· Speed + consistency under deadlines

Pay: ₹300,000.66 - ₹350,000.32 per year
