Position Overview

TIJU’S Academy is looking for a dedicated skilled to support the Head of Department in managing the IELTS division at Mavelikkara. The Assistant HOD will play a key role in academic coordination, faculty support, and ensuring smooth departmental operations. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Roles & Responsibilities
Academic Support
Assist the HOD in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic strategies for the IELTS division.
Curriculum Assistance

Contribute to curriculum design, updates, and ensure effective delivery of IELTS training modules.
Faculty Coordination

Support in scheduling classes, mentoring trainers, and facilitating career development activities.Provide academic counseling, track student progress,



and assist in implementing remedial measures.Help maintain teaching standards through feedback collection and performance reviews.Manage day-to-day departmental operations including timetables, resource allocation, and reporting.Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and external partners when required.Suggest and implement current teaching methodologies, digital tools, and practices to enhance learning outcomes.Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
IELTS certification or TESOL preferred.
3–5 years of teaching/training experience, with exposure to leadership or coordination roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
