Expertise: 6–9 years of solid QA and automation experience

Proven ability to lead SDET-style teams with deep hands-on automation experience.

Strong programming skills in Java with ability to extend frameworks and build custom automation components

Expertise across automation layers: Web, API, Mobile, and NFR.

Proficiency with contemporary testing tools (Cucumber, Selenide, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, Report Portal)

Leadership & Soft Skills: Solid leadership with a track record of mentoring and upskilling teams.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Clear communication and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Experience balancing risk, coverage, and speed in agile release environments.Business AcumenStrong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.Ability to align testing strategy with business and product goals.Experience tracking quality metrics and driving continuous improvement
