Role Overview

We are hiring a high-performing Sales Manager who can independently close IT services deals across global markets. This role is focused on revenue generation through direct sales channels, including inbound leads, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on closing, understands client pain points quickly, and can convert conversations into signed deals.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build long-term client Own the complete sales cycle: lead qualification → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure.Convert inbound leads and self-generated opportunities into paying clients
Drive outbound sales via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and position the right solutions
Create and present tailored proposals, estimates, and pitches
Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for accurate scoping




Maintain a solid pipeline and forecasting in CRM
relationships for repeat and upsell prospects

Required Experience
5–10 years in IT services sales (AI Automation, Web, Mobile, SaaS, Custom Development)
Proven experience in closing deals via direct channels
Robust exposure to international clients (US, UK, Australia preferred)
Demonstrated success in high-value deal closures
Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approach
Key Skills
Strong closing and negotiation ability
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Ability to handle objections and move deals forward confidently
Robust understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle
Commercial acumen for pricing models (fixed, hourly, dedicated teams)
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ownership mindset

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
