Job Summary

AutoStarke Energy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer and company records.
Prepare invoices, reports, and other business documents.
Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain databases.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams.
Handle documentation related to vehicle sales and deliveries.
Assist in inventory and stock record management.
Respond to phone calls and emails professionally.
Support daily office administration and filing.




Ensure all records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (+2) or any Degree.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior back office or administrative experience is an added advantage.
