Responsibilities of Soft Skills Trainers
Conducting engaging training sessions to develop english communication skills
Coaching students to develop confidence, interpersonal skills and teamwork
Grooming the personality of the budding professionals
Positive command on training students for interviews
Staying updated on industry trends in soft skills training.
Assessing training needs and designing programs.
Requirements:
Experience in soft skills training or similar role.
Robust english communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create effective training materials.
Bachelor’s degree
English Teachers if Interested to give trainings can also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
