Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.
Review architectural and interior drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimates as required.
Monitor material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the site.
Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate snag rectification and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
