Job Responsibilities:
Manage entire project execution.
Prepare the CPM and PERT for all projects.
Ensure smooth and timely project completion.
Communicate with clients.
Guide project co-ordinator.
Budgeting & maintain budget reports.
Coordinate with purchase department.
Get daily reports from site supervisors.
Select labour teams and manage contracting.
Ensure timely material delivery on site.
Draft project-related emails.
Attend project meetings with clients.
