Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Artarium kiosk.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Attend to customers, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain stock, inventory records, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the kiosk.
Handle billing, cash collection, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the corporate team for stock updates, promotions, and operational requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, discipline, and mall operational guidelines.

Requirements
Graduate with 1–4 years of retail/store management experience.
Solid sales, communication, and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred
Experience in luxury retail, home décor, gifting, lifestyle, or premium consumer products.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
