We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries.
Explain course details, fees, offers, and benefits clearly.
Generate leads and follow up regularly.
Convert leads into admissions/sales.
Maintain call records, lead details, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
