About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across plant operations, sales, and overheads.
Analyze Budget vs. Actuals and drive corrective actions with department heads.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform product-wise, plant-wise, and customer-wise profitability analysis.
Monitor raw material costs, conversion costs, yield, and wastage variances.
Prepare Capex business cases, ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
Partner with plant, procurement, and sales teams to provide data-driven financial insights.




Improve and automate reporting using ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS and internal financial controls.
Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
Assist the Finance Head with pricing analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA)
2–4 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in Manufacturing / Chemical / Process Industry preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP systems
Strong Advanced MS Excel skills
Power BI or other BI tools exposure is an advantage
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a
rapid-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
