Department: Business Development
Reporting To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Drive revenue generation and achieve business targets.
Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Identify new business prospects and strategic partnerships.
Monitor business performance and prepare MIS reports.
Build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure operational efficiency and process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic leadership.
Skills
Robust leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
Financial and commercial acumen.
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
