About the Role

A reputed group of companies is looking for an experienced Head of Accounts to lead the accounts function across its group entities. The ideal candidate comes from a CA background with hands-on experience in a CA firm, and can independently manage accounting, compliance, and audit support for multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities
Head the accounts department and oversee day-to-day accounting of all group companies
Lead, guide, and review the work of junior accountants
Assist statutory auditors in statutory audit and tax audit, including preparation of schedules and audit documentation
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and TDS returns
Finalise books of accounts and prepare MIS reports for management
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations

Requirements
Sound knowledge of accounting and auditing principles




CA / CA Inter / CA background strongly preferred
Prior experience working in a CA firm is highly desirable
Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory/tax audit procedures
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
Ability to manage a team and meet compliance deadlines independently

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
