Execution of furniture production activities as per production planning
Monitor the manufacturing process closely, overseeing each stage of furniture
Efficiently allocate resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment, to ensure smooth production and avoid shortage and wastage.
Knowledge of solid wood furniture.
Valuable knowledge of material and finishes such as wood, plywood, veneer, metal, stone, fabric, PU polishing, Melamine polish, Deco paint, carving works, upholstery work etc.
Ability to understand furniture cad drawings
Inter team co-ordinate (like carpenter, upholstery and paint quality of work with timely execution and delivery.
Experience in handling labour such as carpenters , sofa makers, painters etc.
Floor supervision, that should be done according to the project requirement.
Need to coordinate with production manager as per requirement.
Quality check 1. raw stage 2. semi furnished 3. final stage
