About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our automobile manufacturing facility in Khalapur.The ideal candidate must have a robust background in the automobile industry with proven expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and production line feeding.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, line feeding, and dispatch
Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support production schedules.
Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and damaged inventory and coordinate timely actions.
Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.




Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

Candidate Requirements :
5–12 years of experience in warehouse operations within the Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
Hands-on experience in production line feeding and material movement for manufacturing operations
Robust knowledge of inventory management, warehouse planning, and logistics.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Bachelor's Degree/ Master or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
